The issue raised in this study is about learning qiro'ah using the jigsaw method as an innovative teaching method. Jigsaw a collaborative method, which forms students to small groups consisting of 4 people by paying attention heterogeneity students' ability levels, teacher gives card containing material topics be discussed expert who will then tasked with explaining group members origin and each presents results their discussion. purpose was determine application identify supporting inhibiting factors. This research uses case qualitative research. has factors are: 1. expertise can guide understand material, 2. activeness discussing members. are 1) limited time delivering because takes long time, 2) An unsupportive environment, namely many live environment do not have habit reading writing Arabic, 3) Lack interest Arabic on students, 4). lack mastery vocabulary so that it difficult meaning sentences read.
